30% deposit
A 30% deposit secures your appointment and goes toward your balance. Deposits are non-refundable.

Each appointment gets one reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. After that, a new deposit is required.

Cancel at least 24 hours ahead. Later than that, your deposit may be forfeited.

Your appointment starts at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may be shortened, charged a late fee, or rescheduled.

Arrive with your hair prepped as listed for your service. Extra detangling or buildup may add a fee.
